As we currently have a number of building works taking place at Union Wharf, we have agreed a rent credit will be added to the account of residents that move in between 1st August 2024 and 13th October 2024.
1. Promoter
The promoter is: Essential Living Management Services Limited (Company number 10201586) of 33 Cavendish Square, London, England, W1G 0PP (the Promoter).
2. Payments
- Your Move-in-Monies are due before you move in. This initial rent figure will be adjusted to account for the reduction.
- Your account will be credited with £1,000 per month until the end of 2024.
- If you move in part way through a month, a the first rent credit will be adjusted to reflect a pro-rated amount. We will confirm these figures to you in writing.
- Your rent is then due on the 1st of each month.
- You to not need to take any action; this reduction will be added as a rent credit to your account at the start of each month and will automatically adjust your Direct Debit collection.
3. Expiry
- This incentive will end on 31st December 2024.
- This incentive is only available to new residents.
- We do not anticipate that the building works will continue past 31st December 2024, but for the avoidance of doubt, should the works continue, no additional rent credits will be due.
3. AST Lease Agreement
- All other terms of your AST Lease Agreement remain unchanged.
- Starting 1st January 2025, the rent listed in your AST Least Agreement will apply.
4. Non-transferable
- This rent credit is specific to your an your apartment and cannot be transferred to another existing or prospective resident.
5. Good Standing
- To continue benefiting from this rent credit, you must ensure your rent is paid on time. We reserve our right to remove the discount should you fall behind in your rent payments.
6. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Incentive where it becomes necessary to do so.
- The Incentive and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
