After a busy day petting all the dogs that call Union Wharf home, her favourite part of Union Wharf to unwind has to be the rooftop of Collier Point — the perfect place to watch the sunset.
Laura manages the resident services teams at Vantage Point and Dressage Court, ensuring our residents feel at home and enjoy their time with us. A dog parent herself, you might see her some days with her fur baby in reception!
Astrid is here to help residents with anything they may need as well as keeping Union Wharf in tip-top condition. An avid forager and gardener, Astrid loves growing her own food. Make sure to ask her about her favourite mushrooms.
Carlota helps the residents of Vantage Point with their daily needs, from accepting deliveries to simply having a chat. A local to the area, Carlotta loves the beautiful parks of Islington.
Felix is one of the friendly faces you'll see on the reception desk and around the building at Vantage Point. He's here to support our residents and make sure they have everything they need.
Juan spends his days on the front desk of Dressage Court, on hand to help our residents with anything that they might need. Juan is a self-described food junkie and is a big fan of all the amazing restaurants in East London.
Mandy is part of the resident services team at Dressage Court, in charge of keeping our residents happy and supporting them with what they need. Mandy is plant obsessed and has revived many a house plant around the building, including some resident's!
Marcia has been helping our residents at Vantage Point with all their needs since 2016. She loves knowing anyone and everyone at Vantage Point and seeing new families start as time goes by. Her favourite part of Vantage Point is the 16th floor dining room (especially at Christmas) for its jaw-dropping views.
Harvey has worked to keep Dressage Court running since day 1. He's part of our friendly resident services team responsible for making life at Dressage Court a breeze. Harvey's favourite part of Dressage Court is the views across to the City at night.
Mukthar works on the front desk of Union Wharf and is on-hand for whatever our residents might need help with. If you ever walk through reception and hear some awesome music playing, you can thank Mukthar!
Michelle works to help people join our fantastic communities of Dressage Court and Vantage Point. Michelle is warm and approachable and loves talking to our residents as they pass through reception each day. When Michelle isn't busy helping you find your perfect home, you'll often find her binging the latest true crime documentary.
Neesha is here to help you find your dream apartment and is likely the first friendly face you'll meet. Her favourite thing about Greenwich is that it is steeped in history and royal heritage with a village-like feel and abundant greenery.
Part of our maintenance team at Berkshire House, Ionuț knows our building like no one else. You'll find Ionuț all around the building at Berkshire House, keeping everything in top condition.
Lukas is our in-house handyman, in charge of keeping Vantage Point running smoothly. A fitness fanatic who loves travelling, Lukas' favourite thing about the neighbourhood of Vantage Point is the amazing parks around Archway and nearby Highgate.
