Essential Living is running a £1,000 voucher prize draw for eligible residents who move into an apartment at Dressage Court or Vantage Point during July 2026.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Essential Living Management Services Limited (Company Number 10201586) of 33 Cavendish Square, London, England, W1G 0PP (the "Promoter").

2. Prize

One winner will receive a £1,000 voucher.

The voucher type and any applicable restrictions will be determined by the Promoter and communicated to the winner.

No cash alternative is available.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

3. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to individuals who:

• Enter into a new tenancy agreement for an apartment at Dressage Court or Vantage Point;
• Complete their move-in between 1 July 2026 and 31 July 2026; and
• Remain in occupation at the time the winner is selected.

The promotion is available to new tenancies only.

Existing Essential Living residents, tenancy renewals, tenancy transfers, tenancy extensions, and residents moving between Essential Living properties are not eligible to enter.

Residents moving into apartments under the Discounted Market Rent (DMR) scheme are not eligible.

4. Entry

Eligible residents will be automatically entered into the prize draw upon completing their move-in during the promotional period.

Only one entry per tenancy agreement is permitted.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

The draw will take place within 14 days of the promotion closing.

The winner will be notified using the contact details provided during the letting process.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Promotional Period

The promotion opens on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 July 2026.

Only move-ins completed during this period will be eligible.

7. APT Lease Agreement

All other terms of the resident's Assured Periodic Tenancy Agreement remain unchanged.

8. General

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, amend or cancel this promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final.

The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed for the purposes of administering the prize draw and in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
