A common hassle with renting is the paperwork – and the colossal fees that go with it. Nobody wants to trawl through a 40-page tenancy agreement, so ours is 6 sides of A4 and written in plain English.
Fully furnished apartments
A fully furnished, cleverly thought-out apartment can make a real difference when you’re renting. The ability to move straight in to somewhere fully equipped with all the big essentials allows you to skip straight to making it your home.
These furnishings aren’t old stock we found at a discount, nor are they fusty old second hand leftovers; they’re brand new, stylish pieces chosen by our expert interior designers. Although the furniture list differs from apartment to apartment, the full list includes:
- 2.5 seater sofa
- Armchair
- Coffee table
- TV unit with storage
- Dining table and chairs
- Double bed(s)
- Bedside tables
- Rugs for the lounge and bedroom
The king-sized beds boast extra under-bed storage, the sofas were chosen not just for looks but for incredible comfort, and the kitchens come equipped with all the necessary white goods built-in.
Managed bills & broadband
To save our residents the time of having to call around the energy providers and set up an account with the water company, we manage all these bills for you. This includes:
- Heating/hot water
- Electricity
- Water
And as our developments are made up of dozens of apartments (118 in Vantage Point) this means that we can negotiate a good deal with our energy suppliers. Couple this with an apartment equipped with LED light bulbs, energy-efficient appliances, heat-saving windows and underfloor heating and you’re looking at a noticeable saving in both time and money.
And to save you calling a dozen broadband providers, we include this in the rent as well. And it's not just any broadband; our developments are equipped with building-wide 45Mbps broadband (with the option to upgrade), meaning you can browse uninterrupted from lobby to living room.
Help to move
Moving day means a brand new apartment, a new area of London to explore, new neighbours to befriend and a new local pub to visit. But before the fun stuff can begin you’re faced with moving a mountain of boxes… But we’re available to lend a hand.
Our lettings team will arrange a 2-hour slot for you to move in, and our residents’ team will reserve you a spot in the car park and give you access to the elevator; so you can get all your belongings into your new home quickly, efficiently and as stress-free as possible!
