Resident Services Manager
Aleksandra is the Resident Services Manager and your go-to person for any queries or support you may need. She’s always up for a friendly chat and loves getting to know everyone in the building. On her lunch breaks, you might catch her on the terrace with a snack in hand, admiring the beautiful views.
Laura Gutierrez
Regional Operations Manager
Laura manages the resident services teams across our developments, ensuring our residents feel at home and enjoy their time with us. A dog parent herself, you might see her some days with her fur baby in reception!
Juan Cunanan
Resident Services Supervisor
Juan spends his days on the front desk of Dressage Court, on hand to help our residents with anything that they might need. Juan is a self-described food junkie and is a big fan of all the amazing restaurants in East London.
Emily Shilcock
Leasing Manager
Emily is the Leasing Manager at Vantage Point and Dressage Court. She enjoys splitting her time between the two communities, discovering great local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops she loves recommending to prospective residents. When not at work, Emily can be found trying a new restaurant, attending a music festival, or relaxing at home watching Below Deck.
Becca Millington
Resident Services Assistant
Becca works to ensure tenants receive the utmost care, making their living experience truly exceptional. Her favourite part of her job is connecting with residents (and their furry friends!) at reception. She also enjoys attending our resident events.
Lukas Blecha
Maintenance Technician
Lukas is our in-house handyman, in charge of keeping Vantage Point running smoothly. A fitness fanatic who loves travelling, Lukas' favourite thing about the neighbourhood of Vantage Point is the amazing parks around Archway and nearby Highgate.
Olly Cavner
Operations Director
Olly manages the resident services teams that make our developments great. He previously managed Union Wharf and has since brought his charm to residents across our other locations.
