Aleksandra is the Resident Services Manager and your go-to person for any queries or support you may need. She’s always up for a friendly chat and loves getting to know everyone in the building. On her lunch breaks, you might catch her on the terrace with a snack in hand, admiring the beautiful views.
Neesha is here to help you find your dream apartment and is likely the first friendly face you'll meet. Her favourite thing about Greenwich is that it is steeped in history and royal heritage with a village-like feel and abundant greenery.
Inês manages the resident services team at Union Wharf, working to give our residents the best experience possible. After a busy day petting all the dogs that call Union Wharf home, her favourite part of Union Wharf to unwind has to be the rooftop of Collier Point — the perfect place to watch the sunset.
Laura manages the resident services teams across our developments, ensuring our residents feel at home and enjoy their time with us. A dog parent herself, you might see her some days with her fur baby in reception!
Juan spends his days on the front desk of Dressage Court, on hand to help our residents with anything that they might need. Juan is a self-described food junkie and is a big fan of all the amazing restaurants in East London.
Carlota helps the residents of Vantage Point with their daily needs, from accepting deliveries to simply having a chat. A local to the area, Carlotta loves the beautiful parks of Islington.
Felix is one of the friendly faces you'll see on the reception desk and around the building at Vantage Point. He's here to support our residents and make sure they have everything they need.
Marcia has been helping our residents at Vantage Point with all their needs since 2016. She loves knowing anyone and everyone at Vantage Point and seeing new families start as time goes by. Her favourite part of Vantage Point is the 16th floor dining room (especially at Christmas) for its jaw-dropping views.
Emily is the leasing manager for both Vantage Point and Bethnal Green. Having lived in London her whole life, she has expert knowledge in where to go near your apartment. Her favourite thing about Bethnal Green is the strong community, with ample choice for food. Her Favourite thing about Islington is the bustling vibe and the easy access to London
Oxana is the Manager at Berkshire House and really enjoys supporting the team, creating a positive working environment, and ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. She takes pride in building strong relationships with both staff and residents and in maintaining high standards across the home. Outside of work, Oxana enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and relaxing during the festive season.
One of the friendly faces you'll see on the reception desk is Siobhon, part of the team responsible for keeping Union Wharf running smoothly. Her favourite part of Union Wharf is the views from Collier Point rooftop as well as meeting all the pet residents!
Becca works to ensure tenants receive the utmost care, making their living experience truly exceptional. Her favourite part of her job is connecting with residents (and their furry friends!) at reception. She also enjoys attending our resident events.
Mukthar works on the front desk of Union Wharf and is on-hand for whatever our residents might need help with. If you ever walk through reception and hear some awesome music playing, you can thank Mukthar!
Lukas is our in-house handyman, in charge of keeping Vantage Point running smoothly. A fitness fanatic who loves travelling, Lukas' favourite thing about the neighbourhood of Vantage Point is the amazing parks around Archway and nearby Highgate.
Olly manages the resident services teams that make our developments great. He previously managed Union Wharf and has since brought his charm to residents across our other locations.
