We are committed to providing an efficient and customer-focused service and are responsible for making sure that our services comply or exceed the professional standards currently offered in the residential services industry.

Customer care

When contacting us we will;

  • Answer calls within 3 rings.
  • Respond to messages left within 2 hours of receiving the message.
  • Acknowledge email enquiries within 4 hours and respond within 24 hours.
  • Respond to any letters within 5 working days.

When visiting your flat we will;

  • Always wear an ID badge and, where appropriate, wear Essential Living branded clothing.
  • Offer appointment options when we need to visit your flat (48 hours’ notice).
  • Leave a card if you are out when we visit due to an emergency and having been unable to contact you first.
