This license is granted by Essential Living Management Ltd (“The Manager”) on behalf of The Landlord in accordance with the
provisions of the General Clause 3.9 of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
This license will continue on the terms and conditions in accordance with this license or until the end of the Assured Shorthold
Tenancy unless and until otherwise terminated.
Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or
their contents.
The Manager authorises the Licensee(s) the right to use a parking space subject to the following terms and conditions:
It is hereby accepted that the license is revocable by the Manager at any time on giving not less than 2 weeks notice given by
the Manager to the Licensee.
This license is personal to the Licensee and is not assignable. Subletting or sharing of the parking bay is not permitted.
This license is specific to the Licensee(s) and the permitted vehicle detailed above and not any other vehicle.
The Licensee(s) must register any change of vehicle with the residents’ team prior to it being parked on site.
The Licensee(s) must keep the parking bay tidy and in particular (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) must
not to carry out any works or repairs to the permitted vehicle parked thereon or anywhere within the car park or service roads.
The Licensee(s) must comply with all regulations which the Landlord may from time to time make and publish in respect of the
use of car parking spaces within the parking area.
This license will take effect when it has been signed (in duplicate) by the Licencee(s) to confirm acceptance of the terms and
conditions contained herein and by an authorised signatory on behalf of the Landlord.
The Licensee(s) shall occupy the parking bay as a licensee and acknowledge that no relationship of landlord and tenant is
created between the Licensee(s) by this license.
The Manager retains control, possession and management of the parking bay and the Licensee(s) have no right to exclude the
Manager from the parking bay.
Our car parks have designated ‘disabled parking bays’, should you be allocated one of these please note that if a registered
person request a parking bay the management reserve the right to cancel your licence to fulfil our obligation to provide
disabled parking bays.
All payments will be invoiced in advance along with the Licensee(s) monthly rent and utility services on the first of each
month. This will be collected by Direct Debit as part of the next payment cycle by Essential Living Management Services Ltd.
Full details have been uploaded to your account on the residents’ portal.
Should the resident fall behind with the payment of the parking bay licence, the management reserve the right to suspend this
licence with immediate effect until the account is brought back up to date.
Should you wish to terminate this license you must submit this in writing to the residents’ team in accordance with the agreed
notice period.
How we use your data:
We collect the information on this form in order to be enable you to use the building facilities i.e. activity room, gym, drawing
room, dining room, terraces and for providing services such as private hire of the applicable facility, granting a licence for a have
a pet or parking bay, postal delivery or granting access to you apartment when you are not there.
We may work with or you may have a direct relationship with our service providers to deliver these services. Your information
may be shared with them in order to help us deliver the service.
Without your data you won’t be able to use these above service or facilities
We won’t keep this information for longer than is necessary, i.e. up to three months after the day of the event, for the length of
your tenancy or as per the statutory requirements for financial and personal information.
