RULES AND REGULATIONS
When booking any area for a private party, you are responsible at all times for the actions and behaviour of your guests.
Respect your neighbours and do not do anything which may cause a nuisance to your neighbours or other visitors.
You and your guests must not use your home or the building for anything illegal or immoral. Illegal, addictive, dangerous or
controlled substances are prohibited at Vantage Point.
Each of the bookable areas has a maximum occupancy as part of the building’s fire regulations. These must not be exceeded:
• Dining room: Formal seating: 20 / Standing: 36
• Roof terrace BBQ: Formal seating: 15 / Standing: 20
• Library/Meeting Room: Formal seating: 10 / Standing: 25
For security reasons you are required to provide the residents’ team with a guest list at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.
This is a non–smoking building except for a small portion of the 16th floor terrace (right hand side). Residents are advised that
we do not permit the use of electronic cigarettes at the property. This is based on advice from the British Medical Association,
which highlights the unknown health impact of the devices.
Guests of any private party are not allowed to use other amenity areas unless accompanied by the hosting resident. In this case, a
maximum of 4 guests are allowed in these areas. This excludes lavatories and a small section of the 16th floor terrace for smoking.
Guests should have vacated the premises no later than 12:30am.
All the amenity areas are cover by CCTV. If any of your guests are behaving in an improper fashion you will be required to assist
the residents’ team should they request assistance.
You are responsible for tidying up and leaving any area as you found it, for others to use, after your reservation has ended.
You must remove your personal belongings, any consumables and rubbish from the premises. All kitchenware is subject to a
regular stock count.
We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee if the booked venue is not be returned in a clean and tidy state. Cleaning will be
charged at £17.50 per hour (minimum of 2 hours) and would be added to your monthly invoice.
If you or your guests cause any damage whilst using the amenity areas, Essential Living will charge for the repair and
replacement of any items which has been caused
DATA PROTECTION
How we use your data:
We collect the information on this form in order to be enable you to use the building facilities i.e. activity room, gym, drawing
room, dining room, terraces and for providing services such as private hire of the applicable facility, granting a licence for a have
a pet or parking bay, postal delivery or granting access to you apartment when you are not there.
We may work with or you may have a direct relationship with our service providers to deliver these services. Your information
may be shared with them in order to help us deliver the service.
Without your data you won’t be able to use these above service or facilities
We won’t keep this information for longer than is necessary, i.e. up to three months after the day of the event, for the length of
your tenancy or as per the statutory requirements for financial and personal information.
